Kansas City Fitness Challenge is here! Are you up for it?

Goals can be focused on topics such as nutrition, weight-related, relationships, mental health or other wellness goals. We are committed to Kansas City fitness, and so we will customize your training to fit your personal goals.

Train at In the Zone Cryo + Health Upgrades for cumulative 3 hours during the challenge (example: six 30-minute training sessions over 30 days). This is the perfect way to create healthy habits. If desired, clients can continue Kansas City fitness with In the Zone Cryo after the challenge is completed.

Choose six services such as cryotherapy, infrared light/red light therapy sauna, compression therapy, cold laser light therapy to use post-workout. Furthermore, you can select any combination of these services to help you with recovery!

To wrap up the challenge, participants who meet their personal goal and complete all training and service sessions will win:

-A $25 gift card as a result of your success.

-Eligibility to receive a $100 gift card. This will be a surprise - for example, random drawings at In the Zone events for challenge participants. However, this prize is not guaranteed. Your health, though, will see a guaranteed improvement!
