Compression and red light therapy

I took my elderly dad here today for compression and red light therapy, to help alleviate swelling in his feet, and I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. The staff was thoroughly pleasant, informative, and helpful, and the space was very clean and calming. Highly recommend.

Active Runner Recovery

David and the team are great! They go above and beyond to make sure you are treated like royalty. As an active runner, recovery is a huge for me, the team is knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs and always looking for ways they can help me or those in my running community recover better or reduce injury.. Would definitely recommend you check them out for Sauna, Cryo, or compression therapy.

We were town for the Top Gun softball tournament in Shawnee and after our daughter pitched 2 back to back games we found In the zone Cryo . The staff was amazing and super nice . Top tier service , high recommend 👌

In the Zone Cryo has a positive and uplifting vibe. Sauna, compressions and cryo make for a full recovery or just do one of them. Guaranteed to feel better when you leave than when you walk in. Most of the time I just do cryo to get a boost in energy, sleep better and relieve my achy back. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They always take the time to answer any questions.

So, my wife goes to In The Zone Cryo in Overland Park every Saturday for a particular service. We live in the Northland so I drive her down there to have something to do. Walking into this business you can really tell that the people working there actually care about what they do. Our interactions have been with David, Ayda and Olivia. The interactions are genuinely warm and professional, however, they can communicate with you on any level you want and it doesn’t feel forced or fake. I like that!! David is the owner, but it’s hard to tell because all three take the same pride in their work and the way they treat people. As for the services, everything is outstanding. Actually life changing for me. I decided to try a couple services they provide and it has been the most positive experience I’ve had in about 40 years in dealing with some aches and pains I live with. We’ve been coming to IN THE ZONE CRYO for close to a year now. If you’re looking for a business that values its customers, delivers exceptional service and has a team that genuinely enjoys what they do, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

Absolutely LOVE the services provided here and the people are AMAZING!! Always clean, always helpful and very personable!! I've recommended to ALL my friends!! Liv has healed my diastassis recti separation with InstaSculpt 🥰 and significantly decreased the density of fat cells improving the appearance of my belly! BEYOND THRILLED WITH THESE RESULTS!!! The infrared Sauna makes me feel ENERGIZED and a plethora of other health benefits!! JUST DO IT!!

This place is 10/10 with so much to offer and incredibly professional and talented licensed professionals working here. I did a body contour series with Ayda and I was seriously impressed by how well it worked and also how knowledgable and kind Ayda was! Definitely recommend
