Compression and red light therapy

I took my elderly dad here today for compression and red light therapy, to help alleviate swelling in his feet, and I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. The staff was thoroughly pleasant, informative, and helpful, and the space was very clean and calming. Highly recommend.

Active Runner Recovery

David and the team are great! They go above and beyond to make sure you are treated like royalty. As an active runner, recovery is a huge for me, the team is knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs and always looking for ways they can help me or those in my running community recover better or reduce injury.. Would definitely recommend you check them out for Sauna, Cryo, or compression therapy.

I recently visited In the Zone Cryo and had an incredible experience with David and his team—definitely deserving of 5 stars! The sauna session was pure bliss, combining red light therapy and compression that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed like never before. The compression especially felt so good, easing all my tension. But the cryo treatment? Absolutely amazing—it worked wonders on reducing my inflammation and gave me that invigorating boost I needed. David and his staff are truly exceptional; they’re knowledgeable, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. If you’re looking to get healthy and invest in your wellness, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
