This information will be kept confidential and only used for the purposes outlined below.  In The Zone Cryo will never sell or lease this information to a third party unless required by law. 

In The Zone Cryo’s website is not designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13. In The Zone Cryo does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13.

In The Zone Cryo provides its services and treatments to clients in North America and does not market to EU or EEA businesses or individuals.

Purpose

The primary purpose of collecting information through our website is for contacting you and providing a complimentary 15-minute consultation to those interested or more information regarding the treatments you’re interested in.  

We may occasionally send an email or direct mail communication with an update, offer, Motivation Monday, or services that may be of interest to you.

In The Zone Cryo may occasionally utilize third party pixels for remarketing or interest-based advertising. Please see the “What You Can Control” section for your options to opt-out of these marketing pixels.

The privacy of our visitors’ and clients’ information is of the utmost importance.  We have proper security measures in place on our website to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

Cookies

Comments

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
